The Waters Edge Hotel is centrally located onthe beach, near the Boardwalk. The hotel has recently beencompletely renovated to provide the most up to date comfortsand amenities. The guest rooms are roomy and comfortable andall feature fully equipped kitchens and private balconies. Thehotel is located in a 'trendy' area a Daytona Beach and isnear restaurants, bars, nightclubs and shopping of all sorts.The hotel prides itself on it's "pleasant staff and smilingfaces". The hotel is minutes to fine dining, shopping andentertainment. Waters Edge is a Spring Break Hotel. Fromthe last week of February through April the hotel caters tocollege students. Waters Edge is located on the most popular"Spring Break" section on the beach. During this time eachperson in the room is must be at least 18 years old. The hotelrequires a damage/security deposit of $50.00 per studentpayable in cash on arrival. This deposit is refunded atcheck-out pending a room inspection from the management. A$25.00 phone deposit is also required in cash on arrival andrefunded at check-out less any charges incurred.
